Troubleshooting
Sign-in or account access isn't working
Start with the same sign-in method you used to create the account. If you registered through Google, resetting a password will not sign you in to that Google account.
Check the sign-in method
- Open the sign-in page.
- Click Continue with Google if you created the account through Google.
- Otherwise, enter your account email in Email and your password in Password.
- Click Sign In.
If you see Too many attempts. Please wait a moment and try again., follow that message. If you see a network error, check your internet connection first.
Reset your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your account email in Email.
- Click Send reset link.
- Open the email with the subject Reset your password and click Choose a new password.
A reset email is sent only for a password-enabled account. For a Google account, use Continue with Google instead.
Verify your email address
- On Verify your email address, click Resend email if the original message is missing.
- Open the email with the subject Please confirm your email address.
- In the email, click Confirm Email Address.
- Return to the verification page and click I've verified my email.
See I didn't receive an email for more checks.
You are signed in, but purchased cards are missing
A card purchased without an account is not automatically attached to an account you create later. Add the existing card to your account with the claim link or claim code from the order or card email.
If you still cannot access the account
Contact support. Include your account email, sign-in method, and visible error message. Never send your password or a password-reset link.
