Add an existing digital business card to your account
How to add digital business cards that you bought without an account to your account later.
If you created one or more digital business cards without a user account, you can add them to your account later. This is especially useful if you bought an editable card and want to make changes. The steps below explain how to claim your cards.
Option 1: Use the confirmation email
The fastest way to add one or more digital business cards to your account is to use the button in the confirmation email. After your order, you should have received an email from support@digicard.pro with the subject Your digital business card is ready or Your digital business cards are ready. Once you find that email, follow these steps.

Log in to your account:
Make sure you are logged in to the account that should receive the cards.

Use the button in the email:
Open the confirmation email and click Claim card in account or Claim cards in account.

Automatic claim process:
The claim process finishes automatically. You do not need to take any additional steps.
Option 2: Use the claim token
Requirements
For this option, you need the claim token. It is created after you buy one or more digital business cards and is provided in two places:
- On the checkout success page
- In the confirmation email
The claim token is a long, random string. It looks similar to this:

Claim cards with a claim token
Follow these steps:

Log in to your account:
Sign in to the DigiCard Pro platform.

Open Settings:
- Click your name or email address in the lower-left user menu.
- Select Settings.

Open the claim page:
In Account Settings, find Claim existing cards to your account and click Import existing cards.

Paste the claim token:
- Find the Claim token field.
- Copy your claim token from the confirmation email or from your notes.
- Paste the claim token into the field.

Finish claiming the cards:
Click Claim cards.
If the claim token is valid, all digital business cards from the matching order are added to your account.
