Create digital business cards for teams and companies
Create consistent digital business cards for your team or company in just a few minutes and send them automatically by email.
The principle is simple: you create a template for the business cards and then add the individual details of each employee.

Create a template
Start by creating a template for the business cards. You can create a consistent design and define shared values. These are usually:- company name
- website
- company address
These shared fields are used for all employees.

Enter individual details
After creating the template, add the individual details of each employee. These are usually:- name
- job title
- email address
- phone number

Data import for larger groups (optional) For teams or larger groups, you can also import the individual details conveniently from an Excel or CSV file. This is possible with card groups in an account.
With or without an account?
There are two ways to create digital business cards for your team or company:
1. With an account
For companies, we recommend creating an account. An account gives you long-term central management for your business cards. One advantage of editable cards is that you can make changes flexibly, and those changes automatically apply to all affected business cards. The business cards are then updated automatically directly in the employees' digital Wallet. The employees do not need to do anything.
2. Without an account
Without an account, you can start creating cards right away. This option is especially useful for individuals or small teams that do not need regular changes or central management.
