Create digital business cards for teams and companies

For multiple digital business cards, define shared company details and the design once. Add each person's name, job title, email address, and phone number separately.

You can use card groups with an account or reusable templates without an account.

Use an account and card groups

Card groups are designed for teams whose cards need ongoing central management.

You can:

• define shared values and design settings;
• lock fields across all linked cards;
• add cards manually or import an Excel or CSV file;
• keep Editable Cards linked to the group;
• distribute linked cards to their saved email addresses.

Changes to a card group are applied to linked Editable Cards. An installed Wallet pass should receive the update automatically.

A fixed card becomes independent from the group after purchase. Later group changes do not affect it.

Use templates without an account

Templates work well when you want to create cards repeatedly from shared settings without an account and don't need to manage the finished cards centrally.

You can:

• reuse shared values and design settings;
• define, lock, or disable fields;
• create several cards in sequence from the same template.

Templates do not support Excel or CSV import. Purchased cards remain independent and are not updated when you change the template later. You can only reopen the template in the browser where it was created.
