Create a digital business card

A short step-by-step overview of creating a digital business card and receiving the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.

Creating a digital business card is quick and easy. You enter your contact details in our card generator, choose a suitable design, and can then create the card.

1. Enter your contact details

First, enter the contact details that should be included on the card and in the QR code. This can include your name, company, position, email address, phone number, website, address, and social media links.

You only need to fill in the fields you want to share. Empty fields are not added to the contact details.

2. Choose the design

Next, adjust the appearance of the card. This mainly includes choosing the colors. You can also optionally upload a logo that will be shown on the card.

The design affects how the card appears in Wallet. The contact details remain the most important part of the QR code.

3. Add the card to your order

Once you have entered all information and adjusted the design to your liking, you can add the card to your order. You can then either buy the card directly or create additional cards and add them to the same order.

Before completing the purchase, carefully check that all details are correct and that the card looks the way you want it to. This is especially important for static cards (see the next step), because they cannot be edited after purchase.

The Wallet pass preview gives you a good impression of how your finished card will appear in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Please note that the actual appearance may vary slightly depending on the device and operating system.

Your card is always provided for both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. You therefore do not need to choose only one provider.

4. Choose the card type

Before completing the purchase, decide whether you want to create a static card or an editable card. You can make this choice directly in the order overview.

In short: a static card can no longer be edited after purchase. An editable card, on the other hand, can be adjusted later, including both your contact details and the design.

5. Complete your order and receive the card

When everything is correct, you can go to checkout and complete your order. We provide all common payment methods as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

6. Save your digital business card

Once you have completed the payment, your digital business card is created and you can save it directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

In the order overview, you will find a list of all cards you created. Using the corresponding button, you can save each card directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Alternatively, you can send the card by email to the address entered on the card.

Congratulations. Your digital business card is now ready to use. When you want to share your contact details with someone, simply open the Wallet pass on your smartphone and show the QR code. The other person can scan it and save your contact details.

Creating a card without an account

You can create our digital business cards easily without creating a customer account. In this case, you receive a so-called claim token in addition to your Wallet pass. This token is shown in the order overview and also sent to you by email. If you decide to create a customer account with us in the future, you can use this token to add your order to your account. This is especially important if you created an editable card and want to make changes later.

With a customer account, you always have access to all your digital business cards and can download them again if needed. If you chose an editable card, you can edit it at any time.
