No. Your employees don’t need their own accounts with us to use their cards in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. As the person responsible, you’ll need an account if you want to manage the cards centrally yourself.

After purchase, the Wallet cards are created automatically. You can then send the cards together to the email addresses saved on them. Your employees open the link on their smartphones and save their cards to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Yes. For linked Editable Cards, you can update shared details and the design centrally through your template. Changes sync to the corresponding Wallet cards. Fixed cards cannot be changed after purchase.

Yes, if you enable editing for activated Editable Cards that share contact details. Employees can request a time-limited edit link using the email address shown on their card and update their details without an account. Any settings you’ve locked stay protected. This option isn’t available for drafts before purchase.

Yes. Create and purchase additional cards from your existing template. Your logo, colors, and shared company details carry over, so you don’t need to set up the design again.

There’s no subscription. You pay once per card and receive an invoice for your order.

Your card data is stored on servers within the EU and used to provide and manage your cards. For Wallet services and payments, we share only the necessary data with the providers involved. We don’t sell your card data.
