# Add an existing digital business card to your account

You can add every card from an order you bought without an account to an account later. You need the claim link or claim code from the confirmation email.

You can add both fixed cards and Editable Cards. A fixed card remains uneditable after you add it.

## Use the claim link from the email

1. [Sign in to the account](https://www.digicard.pro/login) that should receive the cards.
2. Open the email with the subject **Your digital business card is ready** or **Your digital business cards are ready**.
3. Click **Claim card in account** or **Claim cards in account**.

The link opens the claim page and automatically adds every card from that order to your account.

## Enter the claim code

The confirmation email labels the value **Claim code**. The order page also shows the code in **Save card to your account**. The account page calls the same value a **Claim token**.

1. [Sign in](https://www.digicard.pro/login).
2. Click **Settings** in the account menu.
3. Under **Claim existing cards to your account**, click **Import existing cards**.
4. Enter the code in **Claim token**.
5. Click **Claim cards**.

After a successful claim, the cards appear under **Cards** in your account.

A claim token may have expired or already been used. If you cannot claim the cards, [contact support](https://www.digicard.pro/support).

You do not need to add an Editable Card with an email address to an account just to update it. Follow [Edit an Editable Card](https://www.digicard.pro/help/edit-an-editable-card/index.md) instead.
